Who we are
Rapid Padel operates rapidpadel.co.za, a padel store and the Rapid Earn player marketplace. We process personal information in line with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA).
What we collect
Account details (name, email), order and delivery details handled by our checkout provider, and for Rapid Earn players: profile photo, province, courts, availability, rates, bookings and reviews. We never store card details — payments are processed by our secure checkout provider.
How we use it
To fulfil orders, run bookings between players, show approved player profiles publicly, prevent abuse, and answer your messages. We don't sell your information.
What is public
Only approved player profiles are public, and they show first name details, photo, skill, style, courts, availability, rate and reviews. Contact details, ID information and booking history are never shown publicly.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your information at any time by emailing hello@rapidpadel.co.za. You may also lodge a complaint with the Information Regulator.
