Only meet at the public court or club listed in the booking. Never meet at private homes.

Keep booking details on the platform so there is a record if something goes wrong.

No harassment, discrimination, threats or inappropriate behaviour. Show up on time, or cancel early.

Profiles must use your real name and photo. Reviews can only be left after a completed game, and must be honest.

Use "Report player" on any player profile, or email hello@rapidpadel.co.za. In an emergency, call 10111 or 112 first.
